Karisa has been with ZR Path since December 2020 and has had the opportunity to work with various teams within the company, including the Youth Enrichment Program and Life Success. She currently serves as the manager of the School Success program. In this role, Karisa primarily works with school counselors to provide additional support to students identified as needing services. She also introduces the program to districts interested in ZR Path’s offerings. The school services program provides both classroom support and one-on-one life skills development for students. In overseeing the team, Karisa ensures that the necessary supplies are provided to the school team and offers direct supervision. Outside of work, Karisa enjoys the beautiful outdoor activities that Arizona offers, including hiking and road trips. What she enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to support clients and families in developing strong coping skills and fostering healthy family dynamics.
