Since joining Zrpath in 2013 as the Life Skills Director, Colleen Bartruff has dedicated herself to supporting the mission of empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. After many years of dedication and growth within the organization, she transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where she now oversees all operations at Zrpath, guiding the team in providing impactful services to those in need. With a background as a licensed counselor since 2011, Colleen brings a deep commitment to her work, firmly believing that everyone benefits from helping others and having a strong support system. Her leadership approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that Zrpath remains a place where clients and staff alike feel valued and supported. Originally from Oregon, Colleen moved to Arizona in 2007 and has called it home ever since. She enjoys life in the Southwest with her husband, children, and their beloved dogs, finding inspiration in both her family and the community she serves.
