Edna Tapia has been collaborating with Zarephath since 2019. Edna started as a Life Success Specialist in the Tucson region and is now a Regional Supervisor for the Life Success Specialist team in Phoenix. As an LSS, Edna worked with a range of ages with both boys and girls, teaching them important skills to assist them in becoming independent individuals. Assisting with the Respite Summer Program, Edna continued to learn more about her role and how to better equip her clients and their families. Edna takes an extra interest in assisting clients in furthering their education as well as obtaining employment opportunities. As an LSS Supervisor, Edna oversees 20 LSS in Phoenix. Edna’s key responsibilities are training new team members, assisting with caseload development with individual team members and maintaining performance productivity of her team. Edna continues to enjoy working with clients as well as with her team. On her time away from work, Edna is out playing soccer and traveling as much as possible to nearby states especially those with lakes and camping availability with her partner, cat and dog.
