Luisa has worked with at risk youth and in behavioral health for the last 15 years of which 7 years have been in her current role as Scheduling Manager for Zrpath. Luisa’s background includes roles as a Case Manager where she ensured comprehensive care to her clients by bridging a gap between clients and the resources they needed to succeed in their education and career goals. Luisa also focused on delivering life skills support to empower young individuals. As a Financial Coach, Luisa taught money management skills to high school students. As a Teen Specialist, she built positive relationships with teens to foster trust and confidence, helping them set and achieve academic and career goals. Luisa first began her career with Zrpath as overnight respite care, to help provide a temporary relief to primary caregivers and clients; helping provide a safe and supportive environment outside of their home.  Luisa is known for her hardworking and caring nature, which fuels her passion for helping others. Luisa is dedicated to creating effective schedules that ensure the best support for the clients. Outside of work, Luisa enjoys engaging in community activities that promote youth development and well-being.
