Cassandra is currently a Youth Enrichment Manager and has been with the company for a little over five years. She studied Physiology at the University of Arizona and has over 10 years of experience working with children. In her free time, Cassandra enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. As a Youth Enrichment Manager, she is responsible for overseeing respite care services, which provide temporary relief to family caregivers and children with special needs. Her primary duties include managing a team, ensuring the quality of care provided, and training, supporting, and monitoring staff to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations.
