Born and raised in the Midwest, Kylie moved to Arizona in 2020, bringing with her a strong
foundation in the nursing field and a heartfelt passion for helping others. Since joining Zrpath,
behavioral health has become a meaningful part of her journey. The experience has
broadened her perspective and deepened her commitment to supporting individuals with
compassion and understanding.
Kylie joined Zrpath in 2020 as the receptionist and has since advanced through several key
roles before stepping into her current position as Executive Manager. In this capacity, she
helps guide and coordinate many of the organization’s core functions including accounts
payable, payroll, benefits management, policy and procedure development, and vendor
contract management. Known for wearing many hats, she brings reliability, adaptability, and
dedication to ensuring Zrpath’s operations run smoothly and effectively.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She
also finds joy in thrifting for unique treasures, golfing, and traveling, balancing her professional
responsibilities with family life and personal passions.
